Blue Star Museums

NSU Art Museum is proud to participate in the Blue Star Museums program, offering FREE admission to the nation’s active-duty military personnel and their families, including National Guard and Reserve. The 2026 program begins on Armed Forces Day, Saturday, May 16, 2026, and runs through Labor Day, September 7, 2026. The program is a collaboration among the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families, the Department of Defense, and thousands of museums across the country.

NSU Art Museum provides FREE admission to individuals and families presenting a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card, and a valid form of photo ID. FREE admission is offered to four individuals per EBT card.
