Directions from I-95

From I-95 take Broward Boulevard exit #27 east to Andrews Avenue. Take Andrews Avenue south (right) to Las Olas Boulevard. The Museum is located on the northeast corner of Las Olas Boulevard and Andrews Avenue, across from Huizenga Plaza.

Directions from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport

When exiting the airport, keep left at the fork to follow signs for US 1 North (Federal Highway) and merge onto A1A N/US 1 N. Turn left onto SE 24th Street, then take second right onto S. Andrews Avenue and continue for nearly two miles to Las Olas Boulevard. The Museum is on the right.

Directions from the beach

From A1A, head west on E. Las Olas Boulevard for two miles. The Museum will be on the right, located on the northeast corner of E. Las Olas Boulevard and Andrews Avenue.

Parking

From I-95 take the Broward Boulevard exit (#27) east to SE 1st Avenue. Take SE 1st Avenue South approximately one and a half blocks. The entrance to the garage will be on the east (left) side, across the street from the Broward County Main Library. There is an additional entrance on SE 2nd Street.

Riverwalk Center Garage

From I-95, take the Broward Boulevard exit east to SE 1st Avenue. Take SE 1st Avenue south, approximately one and a half blocks. The entrance to the garage will be on the east (left) side, across the street from the Broward County Main Library. There is an additional entrance on SE 2nd Street. Parking can be paid in advance at centralized meters. (We recommend you add a minimum of two hours to your meter.)

Parking Meters

Additional metered parking is available on streets near the Museum, as well as at other public and private lots and garages throughout the downtown Fort Lauderdale area. Rates and hours of operation vary.

Handicapped / Disabled Parking

FREE parking is available, for up to 4 hours, at any of the meters on SE 1 Avenue with a valid handicapped placard. Please check specific parking rules before leaving vehicle.
