Stranahan House
The oldest surviving structure in Fort Lauderdale, Stranahan House was built in 1901 by Frank Stranahan, who is credited as Fort Lauderdale’s founding father, and his wife Ivy Cromartie Stranahan, the area’s first schoolteacher.
