Learn to paint like an Impressionist in Fort Lauderdale’s Bubier Park (Huizenga Park) and create a splendid landscape painting. Engage creatively with the outdoors as you are guided through an en plein air (outdoor painting) experience in NSU Art Museum’s own front yard. Participants will learn the technical and practical aspects of “plein air painting” as seen in works by French Impressionist painter Pierre-Auguste Renoir and American Realist painter William J. Glackens in the current exhibition, William J. Glackens and Pierre-Auguste Renoir: Affinities and Distinctions.
This event takes place in Bubier Park (Huizenga Park), which is located across the street from NSU Art Museum. Please meet in Museum lobby to walk together as a group.
Price: $15 for members; $25 for non-members. Call 954-262-0258 to RSVP or register online at https://web.ovationtix.com/trs/pr/1003059
