Being a Beast: Adventures Across the Species Divide
Everyone is welcome at our new book discussion group that meets every third Thursday of the month. October’s book is Being a Beast: Adventures in the Species Divide, by Charles Foster, in which this passionate naturalist explores what it is to be an animal – by actually living like them.
Famed movie producer Donald Rosenfeld (Remains of the Day with Merchant Ivory Films, Tree of Life) who recently acquired the stage and film rights to Being a Beast, commented on the book in the video below.
