Artist Rachel Joan Henriques is intrigued by printmaking and its continuum of 500 years. The process maintains roots in a traditional practice while remaining relevant to its contemporary time. In this Artist Roundtable, Henriques will explore the diverse range of mark making associated with printmaking as it relates to her current projects and studio practice. Based in Fort Lauderdale, Henriques grew up in the culturally vibrant environment of Kingston, Jamaica. She received her BFA degree from the Maryland Institute, College of Art.
