Join Katherine Davis for a discussion of her current project, peering through a HUMAN-SHAPED HOLE (Perceptual Space), created as artist in residence with ArtsUp! In FATVillage.
Katherine Davis is a South Florida-based conceptual artist and native Californian who studied Fine Arts and Mathematics at Yale School of Art (MFA) and UCLA (BA). Her work is informed and inspired by the virtual vs the real, mathematics, quantum mechanics, and human behavior, and she applies elements such as fractal geometry, data collection and systematic translation to raise inquiry into human behavior, perception, and self-reflection while considering experience in virtual and real time.
